Connection Speed

Speed of connection is dependent on the quality of the line between the local telephone exchange and your premises.

Peak / off Peak Transfers

During Peak time (Monday to Friday 8am to 10pm). maximum data transfer is shown in column 4. During Off peak (Monday to Thursday 10pm to 8am, Friday 10pm to Monday 8am.) times the transfer amount shown indicates your fair usage allowance.

All prices are subject to VAT and must paid by standing order 1 month in advance. Maximum contract 1 month. Setup usually takes 7 working days and requires a standard BT copper line. For the first 7 days of service your connection is assessed to determine your optimal download speed before being set at the connection speed most suited to your line.

Customers who exceed their data transfer limits will not incur any fees in the first instance. You will receive a call from a member of the UKIP broadband team advising how you can make the most out of your connection and if necessary we will advise you to upgrade to a more suitable option.
